Titanium aluminide (TiAl) intermetallic compounds have excellent physical properties. However, their use is limited due to their low ductility. Prior to overcoming these limitations, a study has been carried out to predict the plastic deformation behavior of $\gamma-TiAl$ single crystal nanowires through generalized stacking fault energy analysis. In this study, we have developed a Ti-Al interatomic potential that can better simulate generalized stacking fault energies calculated by ab-initio simulation to improve the accuracy of plastic deformation behavior prediction using molecular dynamics simulations. Furthermore, the change of plastic deformation behavior was predicted by adding the ternary atom such as Cr, Nb, Mn, V to the TiAl alloy by using ab-initio simulation. As a result, it could be predicted that twinablity is increased.
