From the digital perspective, customer journey and customer experience management are emerging as important issues for companies. This study aims to analyze the characteristics and mutual influences of customer experiences at each stage of online purchase journey, to explore the effects on the product repurchase intention. Among the components of digital customer experience, cognitive experience has a direct effect on both satisfaction and reliability, while emotional experience indirectly affects. The experience of the research phase positively affects the next phase, the purchasing experience, and the experience of the purchasing phase leads to the intention to repurchase the product. However, it is also found that, depending on the choice of online channels, the experience of research phase may affect the product repurchase intention than the purchase experience.
디지털 관점에서의 고객 여정과 고객 경험 관리는 기업의 중요한 현안으로 대두되고 있다. 이 연구는 대형 가전제품 구매 고객을 중심으로 온라인 구매 여정의 각 단계별 고객 경험의 특징과 상호 영향을 분석하고, 제품 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 디지털 고객 경험의 구성 요인 중 인지적 경험은 만족도와 신뢰도 모두에 직접적 영향을 주는 반면, 감성적 경험은 간접적으로 영향을 주었다. 정보검색 단계의 경험은 다음 단계인 구매 경험에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 구매 단계의 경험은 제품의 재구매 의도로 연결되었다. 그러나 온라인 구매 채널의 선택에 따라서 구매 경험보다 정보검색 경험이 제품 재구매 의도에 영향을 주는 요인이 될 수 있음도 확인하였다.
