As the technology of the battery develops, it is used variously in small electronic products. However, since small size batteries have limited power, the efficiency of integrated circuits is important. This paper describes an energy harvester that charges a miniature battery through harvesting from multiple energy sources (piezoelectric transducer and thermoelectric generator) using single inductor and a DC / DC converter that produces multiple outputs from a miniature battery using single inductor.
배터리의 기술이 발전함에 따라 초소형 전자제품에도 다양하게 사용되고 있다. 하지만 크기가 작은 배터리는 전력량은 제한이 있기 때문에 집적회로의 효율이 중요하다. 본 논문은 단일 인덕터를 사용하여 다중 에너지소스들 (압전 소자와 열전 소자)로부터 하베스팅을 통해 미니어쳐 배터리를 충전하는 에너지 하베스터와 단일 인덕터를 사용하여 다중 출력을 만들어내는 DC/DC 컨버터에 대한 연구에 관한 것이다.
