Flexures are used to isolate optical elements from the mechanical and thermal effects of the structural support system. Several types of flexure mounts for large aperture mirrors in satellite are proposed based on kinematics which is a fundamental design concept of flexure mount. Since previous studies for flexure mounts are dependent on designer’s experiences and heuristic approaches, large amount of time and effort are devoted. Therefore, more systematic approach by combining heuristic knowledge base and numerical simulation is required. In this work, knowledge base for flexure elements and materials that are used for flexure mount is composed. And the inference engine which derives the appropriate flexure mount is developed. In developing the inference engine, SQP(Sequential Quadratic Programming) and MADM(Multi Attribute Decision Making) algorithm are used concurrently. Finally the expert system for flexure mount of a large aperture mirror is developed based on knowledge base, inference engine and user interface. Then, it is applied to light weighted mirror system and performance of the mirror system is discussed.
이와 더불어 FEM(Finite Element Method)과 SQP(Sequential Quadratic Programming) 그리고 MADM(Multi Attribute Decision Making) 과 같은 수치적인 기법을 결합하여 적절한 플렉셔 마운트를 이끄는 추론엔진이 개발하였다.
