In this paper, we presented The IP Design Guideline, Which facilitates using IP(Intellectual Property), and the design and implementation of Processor Core IP.
The IP Design Guideline is necessary to design SOC(System On a Chip) and is essential to achieving the engineering quality and the timely completion of multimillion-gate ICs. We proposed a naming convention, a basic coding style, a basic circuit & system design guideline and a RTL description method for synthesis.
The Processor Core IP is compatible for The ARM7TDMI Instruction Set and is designed for use with this IP Design Guideline and is for Embedded Memory and Logic Technology.
