In this paper, we consider a model of two-sided market where platforms are perceived both horizontally and vertically differentiated by the buyers and sellers. At the same time, by introducing a quality difference on the buyer side only, we analyze how this quality difference affects platforms' optimal pricing strategy on the seller side. We find that the gap in the equilibrium seller price depends on the relative strength of indirect network externality and that the impact of overall cost difference on the market share increases when the market changes from one-sided market to two-sided market.
