This paper presents a system to record neural signals in a closed-loop stimulation environment and send measurement data wirelessly. To measure neural signals in stimulation environments, we need to design a measurement system with a high dynamic range due to stimulation artifacts. This work can achieve a dynamic range of more than 90 dB by using delta-sigma structures and auto-ranging structures in an integrated circuit (IC) chip. Also, in this research, we use LED and code division multiple access methods to wirelessly transmit multiple experimental animal data using low power consumption and small area. The designed IC chip size is 1mm2, consisting of 16 channels with 49μW power consumption. In the wireless data communication study, we designed a system that did not fail to transmit data until 10 centimeters when 1 Mbits/s data was sent by using two LEDs.
