What will the future society look like where artificial intelligence will become a trend? Regarding this question, the KAIST Future Strategy 2021 (2020) predicts that AI transformation accelerated due to COVID-19 will create various issues related to artificial intelligence by artificial intelligence and using artificial intelligence in all fields of STEPPER. In the future society, if artificial intelligence strengthen biased social values or learns big data that reflects damaged social values, will mankind be able to easily correct this? This is a challenging topic, supported by various unexpected empitical examples. In this study, we focused on big data and its bias as a factor hindering the fairness of artificial intelligence. Through this, unlike previous studies, it was attempted to explain the relationship between the characteristics and bias of big data, and presented a future scenario.

그렇다면 미래사회에서 인공지능이 편향된 사회적 가치를 갖고 있거나 훼손된 사회적 가치를 반영한 빅데이터를 학습하고 이것을 강화하게 된다며 인류는 이것을 쉽게 바로 잡을 수 있을 것인가? 이것은 충분한 사례가 뒷받침하는 기대하지 않았던 도전적인 주제이다. 본 연구는 인공지능의 공정성 훼손의 요인으로 빅데이터에 주목하고 이것의 편향을 중심으로 다루었다. 또 기존 연구와 달리 빅 데이터의 특성과 편향의 관계를 설명하고자 하였으며, 미래시나리오를 제시하였다.
