This study attempts to apply the findings of the natural voice interaction from users to solve the problem that conversational agents can only provide simple interactions and perform limited tasks. In this study, by empirically implementing the environment in which the user performs the design process through voice interaction through novice-expert interaction, we observe the form of natural conversation we use when conducting the design process by voice, and from this we collected insights for the natural voice interaction of conversational agents. In this process, we extracted the ignition and behavioral characteristics of beginners and experts and then combined with the design process to present a flow chart to the interaction design. It also explores the ignition elements that beginners feel professional during the design process, and presents the basis, timing, considerations, etc. for expressing those elements. Finally, a combination of findings presents a guideline for conversational agent script design for design experience.
본 연구는 대화형 에이전트가 단순한 인터랙션만을 제공하고 제한된 업무만을 수행할 수 있다는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 사용자가 구사하는 자연스러운 음성 인터랙션 형태에 대한 발견점을 에이전트에 적용하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 사용자가 디자인 과정을 음성 인터랙션을 통해 수행하는 환경을 초심자-전문가 인터랙션을 통해 경험적으로 구현함으로써 디자인 과정을 음성으로 수행할 때 구사하는 자연스러운 대화의 형태를 관찰하고, 이로부터 대화형 에이전트의 자연스러운 음성 인터랙션을 위한 인사이트를 수집했다. 이 과정에서 초심자와 전문가의 발화 및 행동 특성을 추출한 뒤 디자인 과정과 결합하여 인터랙션 디자인에 참고 가능한 플로우차트를 제시했다. 또한 디자인 과정 중 초심자가 전문가다움을 느끼는 발화 속성에 대해 탐색하며, 해당 요소를 발현시키기 위한 근거, 시점, 고려 사항 등을 제시한다. 최종적으로 발견점들을 조합하여 디자인 경험을 위한 전문가적 음성 인터랙션 디자인에 참고 가능한 가이드라인을 제시한다.
