The purpose of Frame-Semantic Parsing is to analyze the meaning of events, relationships, and entities that appear in natural language text through the frame schema. However, traditional Frame-Semantic Parsing research is to identify frames and frame-elements within a single sentence, given a single sentence. Therefore, existing research is not suitable for Frame-Semantic Parsing in dialogue consisting of multiple statements and speakers. In this paper, for analysis of frame meaning in dialog, frame is identified in consideration of surrounding context, and frame-elements are identified in statements and speakers. To this end, a method of considering the surrounding context is proposed for frame identification. It also proposes a method of extracting the utterance in which frame elements will occur and identifying the frame elements within the extracted utterance. To this end, feature vectors containing frame, distance between utterance, and speaker information are presented. It also proposes a method to identify the frame element in the speaker by utilizing the statement context embedding. Through the experiment, the model proposed in this paper showed an improvement in performance over the existing Frame-Semantic Parsing model in the dialogue.
프레임 의미 분석은 자연언어 텍스트에서 나타나는 이벤트, 관계, 개체에 대한 의미를 프레임 스키마를 통해 분석하는 문제이다. 하지만 기존의 프레임 의미 분석은 단일 문장이 주어졌을 때, 단일 문장 내에서 프레임과 프레임 요소를 식별해내는 것이다. 따라서 기존의 연구는 여러 발화 텍스트 및 발화자로 이루어진 대화문에서의 의미 분석에는 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 대화문에서의 프레임 의미 분석을 위해 주변의 발화 텍스트 문맥을 고려하여 프레임을 식별하고 대화문 내의 발화 텍스트 및 발화자 내에서 프레임 요소를 식별한다. 이를 위해 프레임 식별 시 주위 문맥을 고려하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 프레임 요소 식별을 위해 주어진 프레임의 프레임 요소가 발생할 발화를 추출하고 추출된 발화 내에서 프레임 요소를 식별하는 방식을 제안한다. 이를 위해 프레임, 발화 간의 거리 및 발화자 정보를 담은 특질 벡터을 제시한다. 또한 발화 텍스트 문맥 임베딩을 활용하여 발화자에서의 프레임 요소를 식별해내는 방법을 제안한다. 실험을 통해 본 논문에서 제시하는 모델이 대화문에서 기존의 프레임 의미 분석 모델보다 성능이 향상됨을 보였다.
