Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have consistently proven their effectiveness in inspecting large structures that are difficult to reach by humans. However, maintenance such as repair or cleaning is an area that UAVs have not yet conquered. This paper proposes a new control method of a tilting hexa-rotor (Y6) with a tilt rotor mechanism capable of transforming the air from the air. If the tilting rotor is separated by a certain distance from the tilting axis, the distance between the wall and the drone decreases, reducing the moment arm, increasing control stability. However, due to the rotor offset, a significant torque is generated in the tilting axis, which reduces the response speed of the servo motor. Therefore, a sophisticated control system overcoming these shortcomings was proposed and the effectiveness of the proposed system was verified. This is the first study to show drones that utilize rotor offsets that enable close contact interactions with all surfaces, improving overall flight stability, expanding the area of application. In addition, the wall attachment work using support points was implemented through the reinforcement learning controller.
