Recently, the importance of subscription has been increasing in the media environment. Various digital media platforms continue to grow based on a stable number of subscribers, but terrestrial media is still experiencing a crisis. Meanwhile, radio is increasingly attempting to expand from analog transmission to digital platforms and Internet-based transmissions. Amid these changes, it is also becoming important for radio to have loyal subscribers. In this thesis, we identify the factors that affect loyalty through data from people who listen to the radio based on the internet. As an indicator of loyalty, we use the repeat listener generation rate of the day. And analyze the relationship between days of the week, interaction, listening environment, number of listeners, etc.
최근 미디어 환경에서 구독의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 다양한 디지털 미디어 플랫폼들은 안정적인 구독자 수 확보를 토대로 성장을 이어가고 있지만, 지상파 미디어는 여전히 위기를 겪고 있는 상황이다. 한편 라디오는 아날로그 송출 중심에서 점차 디지털 플랫폼과 인터넷 기반 송출로 확장을 시도하고 있다. 이러한 변화 속에서 라디오 역시 충성도 높은 구독자를 확보하는 것이 중요해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷을 기반으로 라디오를 청취하는 사람들의 데이터를 통해 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. 충성도에 대한 지표로서 해당일의 반복청취자 생성 비율을 사용해 요일, 상호작용, 청취 환경, 청취자 수 등과의 관계를 분석하고자 한다.
