Intellectual property financing, which allows funds to be raised by means of guarantees, loans and investments based on intellectual property, is growing rapidly as a result of the government's revitalization policy. For intellectual property finance, the valuation of intellectual property is the starting point, and unfortunately, the credibility of the results of the valuation of intellectual property in the intellectual property industry or the financial industry is not very high. This dissertation looks for improvements in the existing valuation model by comparing the major valuation models and looking at examples used in real finance and considers ways to improve them. The improvement measures were taken into account, based on Model II of the Royalty Deduction Act, to adjust the estimated period of sales and to change the calculation method for factors of intellectual property validity.
지식재산을 기반으로 보증, 융자, 투자 등의 방법으로 자금을 융통할 수 있게 해 주는 지식재산 금융은 정부의 활성화 정책의 결과 급격히 성장하고 있다. 지식재산 금융을 위해서는 지식재산의 가치평가가 시작점이 되는데, 안타깝게도 지식재산 관련 업계나 금융업계에서의 지식재산 가치평가 결과에 대한 신뢰도는 그리 높지 않은 것이 현실이다. 본 학위논문에서는 주요 가치평가 모델들을 비교하고 실제 금융에서 사용된 사례를 살펴봄으로써 기존 가치평가 모델의 개선할 점들을 찾고, 그에 대한 개선 방안을 고찰한다. 개선 방안으로는 로열티공제법 모델II를 바탕으로 매출 추정 기간 조정 및 지식재산유효성 요소의 산출방법 변경을 고려하였다.
