As Untact era has occurred because of COVID19, the speed of change in society has been accelerated. That’s why the all enterprises have gotten the pressure such as how they work efficiently more, or how they make high performance on their target market. In addition, they are more interested in digital transformation to overcome the difficult situation. Naturally, numerous IT enterprises are interested in Agile methodology for work efficiency. These days, even non-IT enterprises also want to adopt Agile methodology to work effectively. However, a variety of enterprises have hard time adopting Agile methodology in their organization.
This thesis deals with the case of latest IT projects. This thesis scrutinized proposed projects and interviewed with project members and proceeded in-depth interview with veteran agile experts. This thesis proposes the practical framework based on Agile technique and activities for enterprises to adopt Agile.
Starting a project to adopt Agile is not easy for enterprises which do not have Agile experiences, but it is expected that this thesis will contribute to helping not only IT enterprises but also non-IT enterprises to achieve high performance in their organization.
VUCA 시대가 도래한지 오래되지 않아 Covid19으로 인해 언택트 시대가 도래하게 되며 사회 변화의 속도는 더욱 빨라지고, 기업들은 Digital Transformation과 효율적인 업무에 대한 관심은 자연스레 증가했다. 이러한 시대적 흐름에 따라, 애자일 방법론에 대한 관심은 더욱 커졌다. 전 세계적으로 애자일 도입은 IT업계에 국한되지 않고 다양한 업계로 확대되고 있다. 그러나 많은 기업들이 조직과 프로젝트 내 애자일 도입에 어려움을 겪고 있다.
본 연구에서는 IT프로젝트 혹은 조직에서 효과적으로 애자일을 도입, 적용하기 위한 필수 애자일 프레임워크를 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구는 실제 수행된 IT기업의 애자일 프로젝트 사례를 분석하고, 프로젝트 팀원 및 애자일 전문가와의 심층 인터뷰, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 사례 분석 후, 애자일 전문가 의견을 더 해, IT프로젝트에서 애자일 방법론 적용시 수행해야 할 기법들을 토대로 실용적인 애자일 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 국내 많은 기업에서 애자일 방법론 적용에 어려움을 겪고 있는데, 본 연구를 활용하여 IT기업들 뿐만 아니라 비 IT기업들이 애자일을 도입하여 조직내 높은 성과를 낼 수 있도록 돕는데 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.
