As the O2O services, “Dawn Delivery” is a fast delivery service that orders products that require quick delivery, such as food ingredients and side dishes, between 10 p.m. and 12 p.m. the previous day and delivers them the next morning. This study extracted related search words through keywords for dawn delivery and looked at whether the media showed a niche overlap of niche theory based on the social network analysis. First of all, this research conducted frequency analysis and social network analysis based on related search keywords. From this point on, it was confirmed that the dawn delivery keywords were linked to relevant words by media. And the similarity of clusters according to time zone was measured. As a result, clusters were found to be unrelated. I hope this research will be used to analyze media propensity and identify dawn delivery trends using big data in the future.
O2O서비스 중 새벽배송은 식재료나 반찬 등 빠른 배송이 필요한 상품을 전날 오후 10~12시 사이에 주문하고, 다음날 아침에 배송해주는 신속 배송 서비스이다. 본 연구는 새벽배송 키워드를 통하여 연관 검색어를 추출하고, 사회 연결망 분석을 바탕으로 매체간에 적소이론의 정소중복을 보이는지 살펴보았다. 우선 매체별로 추출된 키워드의 연관검색어를 바탕으로 빈도 분석과 사회 연결망 분석을 시행하여 시간대에 따른 매체간 성향 차이를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 새벽배송 키워드는 매체별로 연관성이 있는 단어들로 연결되어 있는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 매체 및 연도별 군집 유사도를 측정하였고, 매체간의 연관성을 알아보았다. 그 결과, 매체간의 군집 그룹은 관련성이 없는 것으로 확인하였다. 본 연구가 향후 빅데이터를 활용한 매체 성향 분석 및 새벽배송의 성향을 파악하는데 활용되기를 바란다.
