Package travel products contain complex factors such as airlines, lodging, and optional tourism, so online sales have not been activated well. However, as the development of IT technology, the B2B alliance based on API between travel agencies and online platform gradually expand. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of online platform companies' package product API and to suggest directions to increase efficiency and efficiency based on this. The effectiveness was analyzed through regression analysis and the efficiency was analyzed by applying DEA (Data Envelope Analysis) and the direction was suggested by applying the DEA/AP model and Effective SKU analysis. Through the results of this study, it was found that the API of package travel products is an effective partnership method to increase the customer index and management performance of the platform company, and analyze the inefficient factors to improve the management performance.
그 동안 일반 여행상품과 달리 패키지 여행상품은 항공, 숙박, 선택관광 등 복잡한 요소를 포함하고 있어 온라인 판매가 활성화 되지 못했다. 하지만 IT기술 발달과 함께 여행사와 온라인 플랫폼사간 상품 API연동 기반 B2B 제휴가 점차 확대 됨에 따라 패키지 여행의 온라인 시장점유율도 기존 OTA(Online Travel Agency)처럼 확대될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 온라인 플랫폼사의 패키지 상품API 연동의 효과성과 효율성을 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 효율성과 효율성을 높이기 위한 개선방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 온라인 플랫폼 G사와 제휴하고 있는 일반연동 여행사 4개사와 API연동을 진행한 1개 여행사의 2019년 5월 ~ 2019년 12월까지 월별 SKU, 비용, UV, 주문고객수, 매출액을 수집하였다. 회귀분석을 통해 효과성을 분석하고 DEA(자료포락분석)를 적용하여 효율성을 분석하고, DEA/AP모형과 유효SKU 분석을 적용하여 개선방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 패키지 여행상품의 API연동이 플랫폼사의 고객지표 및 경영성과를 높이는데 효과적인 제휴방식임을 파악 할 수 있었고, 일반 연동 대비 비효율적인 요소를 분석하여 경영성과를 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
