A free-form organic light emitting device with a sandwich structure that can be implemented regardless of shape or material and a parallel-stacked organic light emitting device capable of low-voltage high-power have been developed to implement human-attachable phototherapeutics. In addition, by analyzing the driving performance and reliability of these organic light emitting devices, it is evaluated whether it is suitable for an organic light emitting device for human-attachable phototherapeutics. Furthermore, for the photobiomodulation application of the developed free-form organic light emitting device, the wound healing effect is confirmed and optimized using keratinocytes (in vitro), living skin equivalents model (semi in vivo), and rat skin model (organ culture). In addition, for the application of photodynamic therapy using the developed parallel-stacked organic light emitting device, the rate of singlet oxygen generation and the effect of cell death of skin cancer are evaluated.
