EEG is applied to analyze ad information processing on a scene-by-scene basis in the YouTube context. An ad is placed in the either early or late position in the program. The ad and the program are similar in their contents. Ad processing, as reflected by occipital alpha blocking, is higher in the late position than the early one. Approach to the ad, as reflected by frontal left dominance, is more likely in the late position than the early one. As expected, the higher the approach, the lower the attitude toward the ad.
