It is very important to observe the retinal vascular structure and blood flow velocity because most of the diseases occurring in the retina in the eye are related to changes in the structure and velocity of the blood vessels in the retina. The optical coherent tomographic angiographic(OCTA) imaging is a device that can image the microstructure and microvascular structure of the retina in vivo, and is used as a golden standard device in the ophthalmology. Recently, it has been known that quantitative analysis of vascular structures in vivo imaging technology is also being studied. In this study, we aimed to develop an OCTA system that quantitatively measures a wide range of blood flow velocities in the retinal blood vessels. To do this, a wide range of blood flow velocities can be measured using single beam scanning and dual beam scanning, and quantitative expression of blood flow velocity is expressed using decorrelation coefficient already used in the ophthalmic area. In addition, real-time decorrelation detection algorithms allow optimization of decorrelation coefficient between hybrid-beam scanning.
