This study extended Expectation-Confirmation Model of Bhattacacherjee (2001) to understand the impact of personal social formality, personal innovativeness, expectation confirmation, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and satisfaction on the continuous use of smartphone AI voice assistant. It was also studied whether there was a difference in the use intention of places depending on the individual's social formality. A total of 21 hypotheses were constructed and 17 hypotheses were supported. In particular, social formality has been shown to have a significant impact on the perceived ease of use and use intention according to places, while individual innovativeness has been shown to have a significant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and expectation confirmation. In addition, the perceived ease of use that is not present in Expectation-Confirmation Model of Bhattacherjee (2001) was defined as a parameter, proving that perceived ease of use is a significant variable that affects satisfaction and perceived usefulness.
본 연구는 Bhattacherjee(2001)의 기대충족모형을 확장시켜 개인의 사회격식성, 개인혁신성 및 기대충족, 인지된 용이성, 인지된 유용성, 만족도가 스마트폰 AI음성비서의 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 또한 개인의 사회격식성에 따라 장소에 따른 사용의도에 차이가 있는지를 연구하였다. 이를 위해 총 21개의 가설을 수립하였고, 17개의 가설이 지지되었다. 특히 사회격식성은 인지된 용이성 및 장소에 따른 사용의도에 유의한 영향을 준 것으로 나타났으며, 개인혁신성은 인지된 유용성, 인지된 용이성 및 기대충족에 유의한 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, Bhattacherjee(2001)의 기대충족모형에 없는 인지된 용이성을 매개변수로 정의하여, 인지된 용이성이 만족도, 인지된 유용성에 유의한 영향을 주는 변수임을 증명하였다.
