To effectively manage knowledge resources within an organization for the purpose of improving corporate competitiveness, companies have established and operated knowledge management systems, which are tools for supporting knowledge management processes, including knowledge generation, storage, sharing, and application activities among the members of an enterprise. Knowledge management system is the basic infrastructure of knowledge management and should be able to contribute to value creation through knowledge management by organically and closely managing the knowledge life cycle and getting corporate members to actively participate in knowledge sharing activities. In this respect, when blockchain technology is applied to knowledge management systems, it is expected to have a positive effect on motivating users to participate. It is expected that the characteristics of token economy based on the compensation of blockchain cryptocurrency and blockchain technology such as decoupling centralization, integrity, anonymity and traceability will have a positive effect on the enhancement of the willingness of the knowledge management system to participate. In this dissertation paper, we will examine the main factors of activating user participation in knowledge management system, and summarize the basic service architecture, process and token economy model of knowledge management platform based on blockchain technology.
기업들은 기업 경쟁력 향상을 목적으로 조직 내 지식 자원들을 효과적으로 관리하기 위해 다양한 지식 경영 실무 활동을 하고, 이를 위해 기업 구성원 간의 지식 생성∙저장∙공유∙응용 활동을 포함하는 지식 경영 프로세스 지원 도구인 지식 관리 시스템을 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 지식 관리 시스템은 지식경영의 기본 인프라로서 지식 라이프사이클을 유기적이고 면밀하게 관리하며 기업 구성원들이 지식공유 활동에 적극적으로 참여하게 함으로써 지식경영을 통한 가치 창출에 기여할 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 측면에서 블록체인 기술이 지식 관리 시스템에 적용 되었을 때, 사용자 참여 동기 부여에 있어 긍정적인 효과를 기대 할 수 있다고 전망 된다. 블록체인 암호화폐 보상을 기반으로 한 토큰이코노미와 탈 중앙화, 무결성, 익명성, 추적성 등의 블록체인 기술의 특징은 지식 관리 시스템의 사용자 참여 의지 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것이라고 기대된다. 본 학위 논문에서는 지식 관리 시스템에 대한 사용자 참여 활성화의 주요 영향요인을 고찰하고, 블록체인 기술 기반의 지식 관리 플랫폼의 기본 서비스 아키텍처, 프로세스, 토큰이코노미 모형을 정리해 보고자 한다.
