This study aims to analyze the four factors, i.e., Performance Expectation, Effort Expectation, Social Influence, and Hedonic Motivation, that affect the Behevioral Intention of technology acceptance of mobile video services, and to examine the differences in influence resulting from the user's viewing situation as a moderator variable. To this end, six hypotheses were established based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2 model), and a total of 498 data were obtained through the survey.
Analysis of data via SPSS and Smart PLS 3.0 showed that (1) mobile video service usage behavior differed significantly depending on viewing situation, and that there was an appropriate viewing situation for use of video service. (2) The Behavioral Intention of using the video also depends on the viewing situation, and it has been shown that there is a large difference in Performance Expectation, Effort Expectation, and Hedonic Motivation according to the situation.
본 연구는 기술 수용 의도에 영향을 미치는 네 가지 요인, 즉 성과 기대, 노력 기대, 사회적 영향, 유희적 동기가 모바일 동영상 서비스의 사용 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 사용자의 시청 상황을 조절 변수로 하여 이에 따른 영향도의 차이를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 통합 기술 수용 이론(UTAUT2 모델)을 기초로 동영상 서비스에 맞게 수정하여 6개의 가설을 수립하였으며, 설문조사를 통해 총 498개의 데이터를 확보하였다.
SPSS와 Smart PLS 3.0을 통해 데이터를 분석한 결과, (1) 시청 상황에 따라 동영상 서비스 사용 행동은 큰 차이를 보였으며, 동영상 서비스 사용에 적합한 시청 상황이 있음을 알 수 있었다. (2) 동영상의 사용 의도 역시 시청 상황에 따라 다르며, 특히 성과 기대와 노력 기대, 유희적 동기의 상황별 차이가 큰 것으로 드러났다.
