While smart speaker market has exploded in recent years, there is a lack of research into what consumers consider more important among the smartness elements of smart speakers that are distinguished from general products. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the important smartness elements that determines customer satisfaction of smart speaker. First, a total of seven topics were extracted from the Amazon review data through topic modeling, and the topics were mapped to the three smartness elements, Multi-functionality, Connectivity, and Personalization, defined through literature review. Based on this, sentiment scores for each topic were extracted to perform a sentiment classification, and the feature importance revealed that connectivity is the most influential factor in customer satisfaction. The next important sub-topics were how well they functions as a media player and how much they have improved over the previous models.
최근 몇 년간 스마트 스피커 시장이 폭발적으로 증가해온 반면, 일반 제품으로부터 구별되는 스마트 스피커의 스마트니스 특성 중 소비자들이 어떤 요소를 더욱 중요하게 생각하는지에 대한 연구가 현재 현저히 부족하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 스마트 스피커의 구매자 만족도를 결정짓는 중요한 스마트니스 요소를 밝히는 것을 목표로 한다. 먼저 아마존 리뷰 데이터에서 토픽 모델링를 통해 총 7가지 주제들이 추출되었고, 이는 문헌 조사를 통해 정리된 스마트니스 요소 중 다중 기능성(Multi-functionality), 연결성(Connectivity), 개인성(Personalization) 3가지에 연결되었다. 이를 바탕으로 주제 별 감성 점수를 추출하여 감성 분류를 수행한 후, 변수 중요도를 통해 연결성이 제품 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 끼치는 요소라는 것을 밝혀냈다. 그 다음으로 중요했던 하위 주제로는 미디어 플레이어로서 제대로 역할을 하고 있는지와 이전 모델 대비 얼마나 향상이 되었는지가 있었다.
