Currently, The diffusion of Eco-friendly vehicle is concentrated on Electric Vehicle. However, for electric cars there are a number of challenges, such as increasing use of renewable energy sources for power generation in view of LCA evaluation. There is also an economic impact on parts reduction and related industries. This study focused on the distribution of various eco-friendly vehicle alternative by considering the environmental and economic ripple effects. In particular, it noted the confirmation of the future potential of plug-in hybrid cars, a transitional step toward electric vehicles. To this end, The concept of 'Two-sided Market platform' was introduced and This study simulated the change in size of adoption of 'eco mobility platform' that maximizes the utility of both consumers and energy suppliers. For this simulation, the previous model of solving "Chicken and Egg problems" by setting up a discriminatory budget structure on both sides was applied. Simulation through variable adjustment have seen an increase in the adoption of plug-in hybrids that increase the utility of both sides. The supply of eco-friendly cars will be heavily financed by the state, and innovation by companies is also needed. In addition, consumers change their utility by a variety of attributes. Considering this, the implications of this study are that optimal dispersion may be more effective than concentration in the future supply of eco-friendly vehicles.
