Generally, fiber reinforced plastics (FRPs) exhibit high dimensional stability under various circumstances compared to polymer films due to the reinforcement of fibers. Among FRPs, glass-fabric reinforced hybrimer (GFRHybrimer) film exhibit high thermal stability, high chemical resistance, high transmittance due to the organic-inorganic hybrid material, hybrimer. In this thesis, I developed the hybrimer matrix in the GFRHybrimer film for improving the performances of the films such as thermal stability. Also, by modifying the composition of siloxane matrix, the GFRHybrimer with high haze was obtained. Also, I applied high performance GFRHybrimer films to thin film transistors (TFTs) and organic light emitting diodes to confirm the high potential of GFRHybrimer films to various display applications. Finally, by blending the oligosiloxanes to the commercial epoxy, prepregs with higher transparency and high resin content was achieved.
일반적으로, 섬유강화 플라스틱은 고분자 필름에 비해 다양한 환경속에서 매우 높은 치수안정성을 가진다. 섬유강화 플라스틱 중 유리섬유강화 하이브리머 필름은 유-무기 복합 물질인 하이브리머로 인하여 높은 열안정성, 내화학성, 높은 투명성 등을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 유리섬유강화 하이브리머 필름의 하이브리머를 개량하여 내열성에 있어 더욱 높은 성능을 가지는 유리섬유강화 하이브리머 필름을 제작하였다. 또한, 실록산 수지의 굴절률 조정을 통하여 고헤이즈를 가지는 유리섬유강화 하이브리머 필름을 제작하였다. 이러한 고성능 유리섬유강화 하이브리머 필름을 이용하여 박막 트랜지스터 및 유기 발광 다이오드를 제작하여 이의 다양한 디스플레이 응용 가능성을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 올리고실록산을 상용 에폭시에 첨가하여 높은 투명성, 높은 레진 함침량을 가진 프리프레그를 제작하였다.
