The government and the public are increasingly interested in the IT industry due to AI, Big Data, and the cloud, which are the core technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution. However, as the high-tech overseas services enter the domestic market, domestic IT companies are becoming more intense and there is a concern that domestic IT service companies will be less competitive due to lower profitability.
In this study, the effect of purchasing contract elements of SI project and 3,255 data set elements of project management viewpoint on project profitability is verified by statistical analysis. As a result, it is confirmed that 10 influential factors are affecting the improvement of the project profit, and it will help the company selection and project management from factors to be considered in carrying out the SI project, and can be used to build a strategy to prevent business risks.
4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술로 불리는 인공지능(AI)을 비롯해 빅데이터, 클라우드 등에 대한 기대감으로 IT산업에 대한 정부와 국민들의 관심이 매우 높아지고 있다. 하지만, 높은 기술의 해외 서비스들이 국내에 진입하여 국내 IT기업들의 환경은 더 치열해지고 있어서, 국내 IT서비스 관련 기업들은 점차 낮은 수익성으로 인해 경쟁력이 약화될 수 있는 우려가 많은 상황이다.
본 연구에서는 SI프로젝트의 구매계약 요소들과 프로젝트 관리 관점의 3,255개의 데이터 집합 요소들이 프로젝트 수익성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 통계 분석을 통해서 검증하였다. 그 결과 10개의 영향 요인이 프로젝트 이익개선에 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었고, 이를 통해 SI프로젝트를 수행함에 있어서 고려되어야 할 요소들로부터 업체 선정과 프로젝트 관리에 도움을 줄 것이고, 사업의 리스크를 예방할 수 있는 전략을 세우는데 참고할 수 있을 것이다.
