Since the 2001 law on comprehensive transfer and exchange of shares under the Commercial Code has been amended / allowed, many companies have implemented mergers and acquisitions through stock exchanges. Since the launch of the iPhone in 2007, the launch of mobile platform based on the development of the mobile environment, these companies have tried to increase the size and synergy by executing the merger through stock exchange. We analyze the growth strategy of mobile platform startup through the stock exchange M & A case study of the most representative company of Yellow Mobile.
2001년 상법 상의 주식의 포괄적 이전 및 교환에 관한 법률이 개정/허용된 이후, 많은 기업들이 주식 교환을 통한 인수합병을 실행하여 왔다. 한 편으로 2007년 아이폰 출시에 따른 모바일 환경의 발달에 따라 모바일 플랫폼 기반의 스타트업들이 생겨났고, 이 기업들은 주식 교환을 통한 인수합병을 실행하여 규모를 키우고 시너지 효과를 증대하려 노력하였다. 이 중 가장 대표적인 기업인 옐로모바일의 주식교환 M&A 사례 연구를 통해 모바일 플랫폼 스타트업의 성장 전략을 분석한다.
