This study analyzed the effect of transactions with large IT service companies on the performance of SME IT companies. As a result, the gross profit margin, total assets profit ratio and the equity profit margin have a positive (+) linear relationship with the sales proportion, and the OP margin have a positive (+) linear relationship, but not statistically significant. In addition, the increase in the number of large IT service companies also has a limited effect on the business performance of SME IT companies. SME IT companies should also consider not only short-term top-line growth but also qualitative performance when dealing with large IT service companies it comes to trading with IT service companies of large corporations, it is necessary to carefully select strategic options to expand transactions with other large IT service companies.
본 연구는 대기업 계열 IT서비스 회사와의 거래가 중소 IT회사의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 매출총이익률, 총자산순이익률과 자기자본이익률은 매출비중과 유의한 정(+)의 선형관계가 있고, 영업이익률은 정(+)의 선형관계가 있으나, 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 또한 거래하고 있는 대기업 계열 IT서비스 회사 수가 증가하더라도 중소 IT회사의 경영성과에는 제한적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 중소 IT회사는 대기업 계열 IT서비스 회사와 거래 시 단기적 외형성장뿐 아니라 질적 성과 또한 검토하여야 하며, 대기업 계열 IT서비스 회사와의 거래 시 다른 대기업 계열 IT서비스 회사와의 거래 확대 또한 신중한 전략적 선택이 필요함이 나타났다.
