Recently, the importance of ethical management has been emphasized due to the strengthening of anti - corruption regulations both at home and abroad, as well as sanctions against the unethical management behavior of domestic and foreign companies. At this point, this study analyzes the case of Siemens, which is leading the successful ethical management of the corporation with the anti-corruption management system (2016), and suggests concrete measures to implement sustainable ethical management for domestic companies. To this end, this study analyzes the major items in the stage from adoption planning stage to execution, evaluation, and improvement stage that are required to introduce an effective compliance system.
최근 국내외 반부패 규제가 강화되는 추세와 더불어 국내외 기업들의 비윤리적 경영행태에 대한 제재 등으로 윤리경영의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 부패방지 경영시스템(2016) 모형을 이용해 기업의 성공적인 윤리경영을 이끌고 있는 지멘스의 사례를 분석하고 국내 기업들에게 지속가능한 윤리경영을 실천하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 효과적인 컴플라이언스 시스템을 도입하기 위하여 요구되는 사항을 도입 계획단계에서 실행, 평가, 개선 단계까지 단계별 주요 항목을 분석한다.
