In this paper, the success and failure factors of mobile IT service which started in Korea were analyzed. In addition to the development trends of IT services in recent years, the main cases of ICT convergence in Korea were selected and the success and failure were determined through questionnaires of experts preparing for IT start-up. The model was classified into Merchant model and Two-Sided model Analyze and compare differences in success and failure factors. We propose a mobile IT service model that can be successful in Korea IT service market.
본 논문에서는 한국에서 시작된 모바일 IT 서비스의 성공과 실패 요인을 분석한다. 최근 IT 서비스의 발전 동향과 함께 한국내 ICT컨버전스 주요 사례를 선정하여 IT 창업을 준비하는 전문가 집단의 설문을 통하여 성공과 실패에 대하여 판단하고 플랫폼 비즈니스의 성숙 정도를 중심으로 Merchant 모델과 Two-Sided 모델로 구분하여 성공과 실패 요인에 대한 차이를 분석하고 비교한다. 이를 통하여 한국의 IT 서비스 시장에서 성공 할 수 있는 모바일 IT 서비스 모델을 제안한다.
