Over the last 60 years, research on artificial intelligence and speech recognition has been conducted. Recently, rapid growth has been achieved due to the increase of big data and computer processing ability, and the artificial intelligence assistant has emerged as the first product popularized by the general public. The purpose of this study is to investigate the purchase intention by applying technology readiness and social pressure, which are factors of individual skill preparation and social characteristics. This study verified the suitability of the Technology Readiness Acceptance Model that can be viewed in multi-dimensions by reflecting the characteristics of artificial intelligence assistant to existing Technology Acceptance Model. In addition, by investigating demographic factors through questionnaires to help the persons concerned who are in the related industries to expand the market by understanding customers. Then suggestions were made concerning the problems of this study, as well as the direction of future research.
지난 60여 년간 인공지능과 음성인식에 대한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 최근 빅데이터와 컴퓨터 처리 능력의 증가로 인공지능 관련 연구와 산업은 급속한 발전을 이루고 있으며 일반인에게 대중화된 첫 제품으로 음성인식 인공지능 비서가 등장하였다. 본 연구는 인공지능을 활용한 대중화된 첫 번째 제품인 음성인식 인공지능 비서의 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요소로 개인적 기술준비도와 사회적 특성 요인인 사회적 압력을 적용하여 구매의도에 대해 연구하였다. 기존 기술수용모델에 인공지능 비서의 특성을 반영하여 다차원적으로 조망할 수 있는 기술준비수용모델을 제시하고 그 적합성을 검증하였다. 추가적으로 설문을 통해 인구통계학적 요소를 조사 및 활용하여 시장 확대를 고민하고 있는 관련 산업에서 고객을 이해할 수 있는 시사점을 도출하였다. 그리고 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제언하였다.
