In the information overload, a recommendation system helps a user to make a better decision by providing recommendations result in user’s taste. Traditional recommendation methods only consider the user ratings for the user preference analysis. However, most of the users do not represent their preference directly. Because of the lack of the user ratings, many recommendation systems have trouble getting high quality of recommendation result. In this paper, we propose a link prediction based approach for music recommendation with the multiple types of user feedback gathered from a music streaming service that users express their taste explicitly or implicitly. The experimental results show that our approach outperforms the other recommendation methods even in the sparse dataset and for new users.
