The recent move to impose legal status on artificial intelligence and enforce ethical guidelines is due to the human nature inherent in artificial intelligence. However, we can not clearly answer the nature of the human being. This research explores the basic properties of human beings and sees the possibility that future artificial intelligence can inherit its properties. Through this, we establish the ontological position of artificial intelligence that is gradually evolving close to human.
인공지능에게 법적 지위를 부여하고 윤리지침을 강요하는 최근의 움직임은 인공지능에 내재된 인간의 성질에 기인한다. 그런데 우리는 정작 그 인간의 성질이 무엇인지 명확히 답하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 인간의 기본적인 속성을 탐구하고 미래의 인공지능이 그 속성을 내재할 수 있는지 가능성을 따져 점차 인간과 가깝게 진화하고 있는 인공지능의 존재론적 위상을 정립한다.
