A number of sharing economy platforms that drive sustainable consumption are trying to get users to join their platforms. However, in the case of a sharing economy platform, the demand side user and the supply side user share one resource together. As a result, companies must adopt new strategies that are sharing economy platform-specific rather than using existing platform strategies. This study examined what factors influenced demand and supply side users' intentions to participate in the platform, and how the two different groups differ in different platform environments.
지속 가능한 소비를 이끄는 수많은 공유경제 플랫폼들은 자신의 플랫폼에 참여할 사용자들을 확보하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 하지만 공유경제 플랫폼의 경우 수요 측 사용자과 공급 측 사용자가 하나의 자원을 함께 공유한다는 새로운 특징을 가지며, 이 때문에 기업들은 기존의 플랫폼 전략과는 다른 방식으로 사용자 확보에 힘을 써야 한다. 본 연구는 수요 및 공급 측 사용자들이 플랫폼 참여 의도를 결정할 때 어떠한 요인들에 영향을 받고, 또 서로 다른 두 집단이 상이한 플랫폼 환경에서 어떠한 차이점을 보이는지에 대해 규명했다.
