For the study, we used 65,219 outreach support data and questionnaire data of 10,000 college students for 157 outbound activities from October 10, 2016 to October 24, 2016 on the extracurricular activity platform site.
As a result, there was a significant positive correlation between the job stress of college students and the responsiveness of extracurricular action specs. In addition, the sensitivities of compensation for extracurricular activities were significantly different according to the students' gender, grade, major, and college. Women were more sensitive to spec reward than men, and as the grade increased, they were more sensitive to spec reward. Compensation sensitivity of the humanities and social sciences was higher than that of medical sciences.
The results of this study suggest a strategy to promote and promote extracurricular activities more effectively according to the demographic information of college students in a market situation where extracurricular activities are increasing.

In addition, we proposed the first method to measure college students’ career psychology quickly and efficiently, which can indirectly estimate user's job stress from click stream data collected through internet platform. Based on this, we propose policy issues on which universities and majors are in crisis and need preparation in the era of climbing entrance due to the declining population of high school students.
본 연구는 대외활동 인터넷 플랫폼에서 수집한 사용자별 대외활동 지원 클릭스트림 데이터를 통해 대외활동 스펙 보상 민감성과 취업 스트레스 간의 상관관계 및 대학생의 성별, 학년, 전공, 대학에 따른 대외활동 스펙 보상 민감성 차이를 분석하였다.
연구를 위해 대외활동 플랫폼 사이트에서 2016년 10월 10일부터, 10월 24일까지 2주간 157개의 대외활동에 대한 대학생 10,000명의 65,219개의 대외활동 지원 데이터 및 설문조사 자료를 사용하였다.
연구 결과 대학생들의 취업스트레스와 대외활동 스펙 보상 민감성 간에 유의미한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 대외활동 스펙 보상 민감성은 대학생들의 성별, 학년, 전공, 대학에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 남성보다 여성이 스펙 보상 민감성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 학년이 올라갈 수 록 스펙 보상 민감성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 의약 계열에 비해 인문, 사회 계열의 스펙 보상 민감성이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 대학은 수도권일 수 록 스펙 보상 민감성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구의 결과는 대외활동이 점점 많아지는 시장 상황에서 대학생의 인구통계학적 정보에 따라 대외활동을 보다 효과적으로 타겟팅하여 홍보할 수 있는 전략을 제안하였다.
또한, 인터넷 플랫폼을 통해 수집한 클릭스트림 데이터로부터 사용자의 취업스트레스를 간접적으로 추정할 수 있는 기존에 비해 신속하고 효율적으로 대학생들의 진로에 관한 심리를 측정할 수 있는 방법을 최초로 제안하였다. 이를 기반으로, 고등학생 인구 감소에 따라 앞으로 다가올 입학 절벽 시대에 어떠한 대학 및 전공이 위기이며 대비가 필요한지에 대한 정책적 논점을 제안한다.
