This paper deals with the human reliability model which contains the error recovery factor. Error recovery is performed by error detection and error correction. Most previous human reliability models neglected the error recovery factor, and considering the error recovery factor they required complex computations. The proposed model attempts to reduce complexity by using the initial error recovery factor and the forgetting factor. By this model, we provide the human reliability model with applications in actual fields and simplicity in computations.
