We obtained the fulvenes and the acylated fulvenes by reaction of mono-alkoxy zirconocene with aldehyde and studied the mechanism of these reactions.
지르코니모노알콕시지르코노신 화합물은 다이클로로지르코 노신 화합물과는 알데하이드와의 반응성에서 상당한 차이를 보인다. 일반적으로 싸이클로펜타다이엔닐 그룹은 친핵 또는 친전자 반응에 상당히 안정한 것으로 알려져 있지만, 주위 리간드의 변화에 의해 상당한 반응성의 차이를 보임을 관찰하였다. 그 결과물로서 풀벤과 아실레이티드 풀벤이 생성됨을 확인하였으며, 메카니즘을 이해하기위해 다양한 실험을 수행하였다.
