The result of the work in this paper is a devise of an evaluation model of the development of a user friendly information system for efficiency of serving customers. But the point of the research is to devise some different prototype method - modified state- transition model - that accomdates simple information evaluation model that stresses on user information satisfaction for reflecting end user requirements. And for this research it is tried to question as many employee - 40 employee - as possible in IBM Korea to write up questionnaire and prove that the modified evaluation model works in this paper. And the rsult is that the final system reflects user information satisfaction and the model for measuring information satisfaction works effectively. Three prototypes are developed according to modified statetransition model that lets make a final system through an interaction of two prototypes. Before developing final system, information system evaluation model that accomodates small modification to former research is used to test how much user satisfaction is and to improve system strengthening the factors for user information satisfaction. In making the first prototype, C language is used and for the second prototype, database package is used and Clipper program is suggested to accomodate each good points and to remedy each bad points. And it is proved that final system developed with Clipper can promote user information satisfaction by the evaluation model. This system is not a multi-user system but it can be a prototype itself for the large company-wide multi-user customer management information database system. This last system will take the form of deductive object-oriented database accommodating the principles of object-oriented programming and logic programming.
본 논문의 결과는 고객관리의 효율화를 위한 사용자에게 친근한 정보시스템의 개발의 평가이다. 그러나 연구의 촛점은 최종사용자 요구를 반영하기 위해 사용자 정보만족에 촛점은 둔 간단한 정보시스템 평가모형을 수용하는 조금 다른 프로토타입 방법-수정된 상태전이 모델 -을 고안하는데 있다. 이 연구를 위해 한국 IBM에 근무하는 가능한 많은 직원 -40 명 -을 대상으로 설문지를 작성하고 수정된 평가모형이 효과적임을 증명하려 하였다. 그리고 그 결과는 최종시스템이 사용자 정보만족을 반영하고 있으며 사용자 만족을 측정하는 모델이 효과적이라는 것이다. 최종시스템을 만들기 위해서 두개의 프로토타입이 만들어졌고 수정된 상태전이모델을 사용하여 두개의 프로토타입의 장단점을 보안하여 최종시스템이 만들어졌다. 최종시스템을 개발하기 전에 종래의 연구에 수정을 가한 정보시스템 평가모형이 사용자만족을 측정하기 위해서 그리고 그결과로 사용자만족을 위해 강화되는 방향으로 시스템을 향상시키기 위해 사용되었다. 이를 위하여 평가모형에 필요한 자료를 수집하기 위해 설문지가 만들어졌다. 첫번째 프로토타입을 만드는데에는 C언어가 사용되었고 두번째 프로토타입에는 데이타베이스 팩키지가 이용되었고 최종시스템에서는 클리퍼 프로그램이 처음 두가지의 방법의 장단점을 보완하기 위해 사용되어졌다. 그리고 클리퍼에 의해 개발된 최종시스템이 평가모형에 의해서 사용자 정보만족도를 향상시켰음을 보여졌다. 이 시스템은 다사용자 시스템은 아니지만 전사적인 고객관리용 다사용자 데이타베이스 시스템의 한 프로토타입으로 그 자체가 쓰일수 있다고 볼수 있다. 이 마지막시스템은 객체지향 프로그램과 논리프로그램기법이 사용된 추론이 가능한 객체지향 데이타베이스 형태가 될것이다.
고객에 관한 정보를 인출하는 것에 관한 기능은 고객 자신에 관한 정보- 예를들면, 이름, 회사, 전화 번호, 주소-에 대한 것이다. 그리고 고객에 관한 서비스, 예를 들면 고객에게 보낼 봉투나 메시지를 만드는 기능도 수행된다. 이 시스템을 개발한 목적은 보다 완전한 시스템을 위한 하나의 프로토타입을 만드는 것과 사용자 만족을 측정하고 이를 고려해서 시스템을 향상시키는 방법을 생각해 보자는데 있다. 결국에는 이러한 시스템이 회사의 이윤을 최대화시키는 방향으로 나아가야 될것이다.
