We can measure the temperature distribution of the sample without damaging using the Nucear Magnetic Resonance computer tomography(NMR-CT). We measured the temperature distribution of the Glycelin. If there is a temperature gradient in the glycelin, then nuclear have the different relaxation time according to the position. We obtained that the relaxation time is near linearly proportion to the temperature. So that we can obtain the temperature distribution. There is a linear magnetic field gradient, the signal obtained is fourier transformed to the frequency space. This frequency space spin-weighed intensity signal have the information about the reaxation time. We obtained the relaxation time using the 7 patial saturation spin echo method and the inversion recovery spin echo method.
