The importance of proper evaluation of Design alternatives has become increasingly stressed mainly because on increasing complexity and multi-dimensional property in the Design process. A number of Design researchers have tackled to interpret the complexity of Design by the establishment of specialized model using numerical concepts since 1960's. In spite of the efficiency of the numerical concepts toward objectifying Design problems and solving Design problem, the result of their attempts seems to be not applicable in practice. In line with this, a new Design evaluation model which comprises effective design evaluation algorythm and proper numerical interpretation method is strongly needed. These 'proper' evaluation methods or algotythm are expected to deal with multi-dimensional proerties of Design problem in proper ways. In this study, a flexible Design evaluation process model has been developed as a result of literal study and practical experiments using comper tools. The Evaluation process model comprises three major components. The first is a module for automatic extraction of check-list for evaluation which increase objectivity of the evaluation process. Using the value of check-list relativonship matrix, the module produce several checklist for the evaluation. The second one is scoring process for alternatives using pairwise comparison logic which calculates of each alternatifve in connection with relative priority values between alternatives(AHP Methos); And, as a last one, a pool of adjectives and weight factors as a analyzer works as alternator of the scoring process and gives a flexiblity on the whole evaluation process. In this procedure external Design factors, which reflects social, economical, and cultrual influences, change the wight factor of each chesk-list for evaluation. This Design evaluation process model is available for the Design evaluation in the Interdisciplinary Design team, which is composed by a lot of team members from different area of disciplines.
