This thesis deals with a two-depth deep lane system which is a variation of unitload automatic storage and retrieval system (AS/RS). Compared with typical one lane AS/RS, the deep lane system has several advantages such as savings of the storage and retrieval machine and aisle space. Utilizing Markov properties, we propose methods to evaluate the system throughput under two kinds of system operation rule; random order sequencing rule and the nearest neighbor heuristic rule. It is observed that the throughput under the nearest neighbor rule is more efficient than the other. Also, the system is compared with equivalent one lane AS/RS.
본 연구는 이중적재 자동창고 시스템의 싸이클 타임(cycle time)을 마콥 프로세스 모델(Markov process model)을 이용하여 개발하였다. 발견적 기법에 의한 개선룰을 제시하였으며 향상된 싸이클 타임(cycle time)도 수리적으로 분석하였다. 모의 실험을 통하여 모델의 타당성을 검증하였고 일반 자동창고 시스템의 수행도와 비교하였다. 본 연구 대상 시스템은 그 경제성에 비추어, 자동창고 시스템의 설계단계에서 하나의 대안으로 제시될 수 있으리라 기대된다.
