Information servers are increasing while serving users the documents they want. But the structures of those systems are still being designed in traditional way and they give too much burden to the users who want to find right documents. In this paper, we propose an agent model which can alleviate the users' burden. With this agent the users are not required to browse through the hierachies or webs those servers provide, but are only required to ask the agent what they want. To answer the request, the agent utilizes his database and coorperate with the other agents. As a sample implementation, we present an agent which is designed to work with existing WAIS[Kah89] servers.
