A hybrid electron fluid-particle ion model of a cylindrical axisymmetric discharge with conducting walls and a uniform axial magnetic field has been developed. Power is deposited into electrons with the uniform axial profile and the radial profile of power per electron varying as the square of a $J_o$ Bessel function. Plasma densities, potential, and temperature are presented as the results.
