A wide variety of interference-induced oscillations of two parallel circular cylinders have occured in engineering applications. The flow interference depends on spacing between the two cylinders and orientation relative to the free stream. In this thesis, a research on the Wake Galloping phenominon of two circular cylinders subjected to wind load was presented by wind tunnel testing and three categories of Galloping orbits are proposed. When two circular cylinders are closely arranged, the expected behaviors may be more complex than as in the case of one circular cylinder because of the influence of the wake of the upstream cylinder and the gap flow interference by each arrangement. By using the elastically supported two circular models, behaviors related to velocity of wind, surface steady pressure and surface steady pressure etc. are measured, and when the Galloping has occured, the vibration mechanism was explained to develope the security of circular structure against wind.
