Due to the growing demand for low-voltage and low-power applications, there have recently been several design efforts for sub-1V supply and nanowatt power voltage references (VRs). However, they shows poor other performance in temperature coefficient (TC), line sensitivity (LS), and PSRR. In this work, I propose a sub-bandgap voltage reference which consists of a novel PTAT generator, current feedback scheme that flattens the slope of VBE, and supply regulated feedback that enhances PSRR and LS. Implemented in 0.18μm CMOS, the proposed voltage reference achieves an average TC of 39ppm/℃ at 0.8V supply with 37nW of power consumption while achieving PSRR and LS of ?81dB and 51ppm/V respectively.
