This thesis deals with the operation problems of automated guided vehicle (AGV) which can be used as either carrier or mobile workstation mode in flexible production lines. The aim is to minimize the production makespan. Under mobile workstation mode, an optimal sequence of the loads and the successive lunch times are determined simultaneously with the branch and bound technique. Also, the operation problems of a single carrier AGV are studied for two cases, one with no queue and the other with single capacity queue permitted in each workstation.
본 논문에서는 생산라인에 무인운반차 (AGV) 가 사용되는 경우 물류를 통제및 관리 하는 방법을 다루었다. Carrier and mobile 무인운반차를 사용하는 경우는 대기행렬을 인정하지 않는 모형하에서 makespan 을 최소화 하는 최적 작업 순서를 구하였다. 그리고 생산라인에 carrier 무인운반차를 이용하는 경우는 makespan 을 최소화시키는 작업의 투입시점과 무인운반차의 통제방법를 대기행렬을 인정하지 않는 모형과 하나의 대기행렬만 허용하는 모형에 대해 각각 다루었다.
