A finite element method is used for analyzing the resonant characteristics of two and three-dimensional wind tunnel with circular cross section. In the first part of this thesis, two-dimensional circular wind tunnel with one and three slots is considered. The wind tunnel resonance is affected by the number and position of the slots and the Mach number in the wind tunnel. The resonant frequencies of the wind tunnel is nearly constant in Mach number range of 0-0.2. In the second part of this thesis, the resonant frequencies and modes of three-dimensional low speed wind tunnel have been calculated. The finite element results agree with the experiment results.
