Nowadays, there are many personal information extrusion accidents in Korea. So people's thought of personal information are changing. There are many services requiring different types of privacy information. This study investigates antecedents of the effect to provide personal information in the simple payment service. A lot of companies have initiated the simple payment services to pay in the mobile or online sites. This study adopted 5 elements (value cognition, convenience, personal information invasion, comprehension of the privacy notices) to analyze the effect to provide personal information. This study used an online survey of 233 adults using the simple payment services. We found that comprehension of the privacy notices and value cognition are significant. Both factors should be considered when the companies consider the simple payment services.
최근 한국에서 개인정보 유출 사고가 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 개인정보에 대한 사람들의 인식이 달라지고 있다. 다양한 개인정보를 요구하는 많은 서비스들이 있는데 본 연구에서는 간편결제 서비스에서 개인정보 제공에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 많은 회사에서 모바일이나 온라인 사이트에서 결제할 수 있는 간편 결제 서비스를 출시하고 있다. 이 연구는 5가지 요소(가치 인식, 편리성, 개인정보 침해, 약관에 대한 이해도)가 개인 정보 제공에 영향을 끼치는지 분석하였다. 본 연구는 간편 결제 서비스를 이용하는 233명의 성인 대상으로 온라인 설문을 진행하였다. 약관에 대한 이해도와 가치 인식이 개인정보 제공에 영향을 주는 중요 요소로 나타났다. 두 요소는 기업에서 간편 결제 서비스를 출시하고자 할 때 중요하게 고려해야 할 것이다.
