This study is about educational wage differentials and rate of return by education investment with a viewpoint of benefit-cost analysis. The purpose and the produced result of this study are as follows. First, the current educational wage differentials are closely inspected, and that result shows the differentials are very large. Second, the criteria to reduce educational wage differentials are suggested, and the amount of wage discrimination by education should be reduced with a viewpoint of benifit-cost analysis.
Finally, this study measures the profitability which originates from education investment. By the results, the investments to university and high school are profitable for male students, while junior college education is profitable for female students.
