This thesis proposes alternative future strategy of national agenda setting process by presidential transition committee. The need to set the national agenda is urgent task of the transition period after which the next administration would be established. Therefore, this thesis argues for the future strategies and possibilities on national agenda setting process. As a final outcome, the thesis suggests timelines future strategies and future images, rubik’s cube scenario method and scenarios on national agenda before transition and post-transition. The present national agenda setting process needs to be reconsidered.
본 논문은 대통령직 인수위원회의 국정 어젠다 세팅 과정에서의 대안적 미래전략을 제안한다. 차기 행정부로 인수되는 과정에 있어서 국정 어젠다 세팅의 필요성은 중요한 당면 과제가 된다. 본 논문은 국정 어젠다 세팅 과정에 있어서의 미래전략적 대안과 가능성을 논증한다. 본 논문은 최종적으로 정권인수의 전후 과정에 따른 시계별 미래전략과 미래 이미지, 루빅스 큐브 시나리오 방법, 시나리오를 제안한다. 현재의 국정 어젠다 세팅 과정은 재고될 필요성이 있다.
